The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The hotel is in a remarkable location right on the Riverwalk the staff were incredibly friendly and offered great breakfast tips. The view from our suite was a delight

Housekeeping was slow to respond to requests and multiple guests reported unpleasant odors in certain rooms. Breakfast options were limited and often ran out during peak hours

The room was super spacious with a nice layout, perfect for a family. I loved having separate areas for sleeping and hanging out. The kitchen was well-equipped too, which is great for cooking meals. Only downside was the bathroom setup could use a bit more space for towels and stuff. Otherwise, it was comfy and worked well for our group!

Housekeeping fell short, missing cleaning for an entire week unless explicitly booked a day in advance. the carpets looked threadbare and dated, which definitely could use some sprucing up. Noise from the pool machinery disturbed sleep, and the absence of in-room safes for valuables raised concerns about security. Overall cleanliness left much to be desired when faced with concerns like dry feces on the wall and broken bathroom fixtures.

My one-bedroom king suite was a dream! The full kitchen made cooking easy and fun, perfect for late-night snacks. Plus, enjoying breakfast with views of the Riverwalk? Total bliss!

the suite layout was fantastic with a full kitchen and separate living areas. We were just a few steps from the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk which made our weekend city strolls absolutely delightful.
